At times, we can feel overwhelmed by unpleasant emotions including anger, sadness, and frustration (to name just a few!) Oftentimes, we feel at the mercy of these emotions, fighting to make them go away or reacting to them in ways that damage our relationships. In this virtual workshop, I will be teaching a simple process for understanding your feelings and connecting them to the deeper needs that drive your behavior. By connecting to your needs, you will learn how to be less easily triggered by external events and more proactive in knowing how to resolve uncomfortable feelings.
